Refund policy

At Afreekha Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy that allows you to return eligible items for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please note that all returns must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Processing takes 3 days or less to be approved or rejected.

To start a return, please contact us at info@afreekhastore.com or click here to start the process. You can choose between an item exchange, refund to payment return, or refund in store credit return.

Please note that return labels are paid for by the customer. However, we also offer a "Save the planet" return policy, where you can keep the item but pay $60 to return it to us. We will donate the money to charity, ensuring that it goes to a worthy cause.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards. Sale items can be returned for store credit only.

Once we receive and inspect your return, it will take up to 3 days to process the return and approve it or not. If approved, you will receive a refund through your method of payment.
